Carolina Coastal Railroaders

The Carolina Coastal Railroaders is a non-profit educational organization with membership open to anyone interested in model railroading. Monthly business meetings are the second Saturday of each month at 8:30 a.m. at the clubhouse in New Bern, North Carolina. Our physical location is 2001B South Glenburnie Rd. (At the rear of the Eye Care Center)

Operating sessions and meetings are held on Saturday mornings of the third Saturday of each month and work sessions are on Monday and Thursday nights, and whenever members wish other than scheduled operating times. Members participate in the construction and/or operation of the railroad. Full members have access to the railroad at all times.

Visitors are most welcome during normal club meetings on Monday andThursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 and Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 12:00: Exceptions to this are the Monthly Business Meeting and the Monthly Operating Sessions.

The objectives of the club are:

To bring model railroaders and railroaders in general together to learn and share about model railroads

To build a club model layout around a theme of North Carolina Railroads.

To provide model railroading exposure to the public at various events.

We welcome new members.
